Kvernufoss Waterfall

Kvernufoss is Iceland's hidden treasure, a 30-metre waterfall falling into a quiet canyon near Skógafoss. A short, easy hike will lead you to spectacular views, and in winter the freezing weather here creates ice crystals. We recommend hiking beyond the waterfall for a unique perspective.

Skógafoss Waterfall

Skógafoss in the south of Iceland amazes with its power and height, when the water falls into the river with a strong rumble that you can feel from a distance. On sunny days, beautiful rainbows appear in the water mist and the path to the waterfall is short and easy to access.

Kerid Crater

Kerid Crater, part of the Golden Circle, is one of the most iconic craters on Iceland. Consisting of a uniquely coloured caldera, it was formed around 3,000 years ago. Inside you'll find a pool that is turquoise in summer and a layer of ice that reflects the sun's rays in winter.
